An update was made to TasWater's existing water lifecycle graphic, redesigned to match current brand guidelines and delivered as an interactive map on their digital platform. The infographic shows the complete water and sewerage cycle, from collection through treatment, distribution, customer use, wastewater collection, treatment, and environmental discharge or recycling.

The project required creating individual illustrations for each processing stage and infrastructure element like treatment plants, dams, pipes, collection points, and support facilities. These were then brought together into one cohesive system that told the whole story. Brand characters were integrated throughout to represent the different teams involved at each stage. Supporting graphical elements including pipelines, clouds, logos, and titled sections helped tie the composition together.

The content covered extensive operational detail across multiple teams and functions, with pop-up information points embedded within the interactive platform that let users explore specific roles and processes in more depth. The design balances comprehensive information with visual clarity and easy navigation.
