The content strategy included case studies from the website, links to resources and blog articles, promotional material, marketing to key pages and information, and sponsored partner content.
Design work involved creating posts in Illustrator and then converting them to Canva templates, which allowed the social media team to edit and adapt content independently without needing a designer each time. Canva's animation tools provided subtle, professional movement options whilst keeping the design consistent. This approach gave the team flexibility to make rapid changes and add sponsor integrations whilst still maintaining creative control and visual quality.
The content stayed visually consistent across the account whilst remaining flexible enough to adapt to changing promotional priorities and partner requirements.
