A comprehensive onboarding infographic was created to show new employees at TasWater what their first year would look like across twelve months. The project involved creating custom illustrations for each key stage or checkpoint in the onboarding process. The illustrations were designed carefully to make room for text and to guide people's attention to the most important information.

All illustrations used the brand colours consistently to create a unified visual style throughout the roadmap. Supporting design elements like text boxes, calendar references, and milestone markers were refined repeatedly to make sure everything was clear and easy to understand. The finished infographic was distributed alongside the formal onboarding materials, giving new employees a visual overview of their first year and showing them the key development milestones they would reach at the organisation.
