Monthly performance reports were produced for internal stakeholders and also used as a marketing tool to share with housing companies and agents on the platform. The reports tracked site activity, listings, and performance metrics broken down by seven geographic regions, so stakeholders could see demand in their specific areas.

A templated 63-page PDF system was designed in InDesign with linked files from Illustrator. Data visualisation was managed using the Datylon plugin, which allowed graphs to be updated across all regional versions at the same time rather than one by one. The document included interactive hyperlinks throughout, so clients could jump directly to their region using the contents page and then return to the main sections. This was essential for a document this size. This workflow made it possible to produce complete reports in one to one-and-a-half days whilst keeping everything consistent and accurate across all the regional sections. The project ran for eight months.
