A complete set of social media assets was created for Instagram and LinkedIn, designed to fit each platform's specific sizes and formats (feed posts, stories, reels). The assets included case studies, sponsor features, generic overlays, registration prompts, session information, planning guides, speaker profiles, and countdown animations.

Multiple colour versions were made for each type of asset, which allowed the social media team to schedule posts strategically and keep the feed looking fresh and varied. The files were organised in a way that made them easy to find and update quickly when needed. As the event got closer, posting increased from weekly to multiple times a day, building excitement and encouraging people to engage.

The campaign was successful. The event sold out completely, sponsors were happy with how they were represented, and the overall look of the feed stayed consistent and professional across all the different posts and platforms.
